Receiving an offer is an important milestone, but it is not the end of the process. Read the offer carefully and identify every condition, payment requirement and deadline before taking the next step.
1. Check whether the offer is conditional
Look for outstanding academic documents, English-language conditions, references, deposits or other requirements. Record the deadline for satisfying each condition.
2. Compare your options
If you have more than one offer, compare course content, total cost, location, intake, accommodation and other factors that matter to you. Do not compare on tuition alone.
3. Understand the deposit
Check the amount, due date, refund conditions and payment method in the official university communication.
4. Organise your financial plan
Update your budget using the actual tuition and accommodation information. If you are using a scholarship or education loan, keep the supporting documents together.
5. Move to visa preparation
Once the admission stage is appropriately completed, review the current student visa requirements for your destination. Admission does not automatically mean visa approval.
6. Prepare for departure
After the academic and visa steps are clear, arrange accommodation, travel and other practical matters using current information.
